1T-RGB-DELAY provides
skew correction for the Red, Green and Blue VGA signals transmitted over CAT 5 cables.
Transmissions over a CAT 5 cable path of more than 250 feet can exhibit displacement of
portions of the video signal. This skewing can occur at different rates resulting in RGB
images that are not overlaid properly.
With the 1T-RGB-DELAY, individual RGB signals can be accessed and,
once an adjustment has been made, further adjustments can be locked out to preclude
tampering or inadvertent changes. Operationally, the 1T-RGB-DELAY is placed between
the host device and the CAT 5 transmitter. Individual RGB signals are delayed as
required to bring the total image back into registration at the remote viewing location.
