If your hardware shipped after 1st March 2024 from the tvONE factory, it will have shipped with firmware V601_xx or above. DO NOT load versions of firmware released prior to this date onto your hardware (any V600_xx firmware). Your unit will fail to operate if you do this. Please contact tvONE Support for assistance.
