New Product Release - Erlanger, Kentucky - April 15, 2004

TV ONE'S C2-770 UNIVERSAL VIDEO SCALER ADDS NEW FEATURES

TV One's immensely successful Universal Scaler Product, the C2-770, has been further
enhanced with features end users told us they wanted. In a hardware change, we've IP enabled
the control infrastructure via a Factory Installed Option This option allows control of the unit from
anywhere a network connection exists. IP enabling means full access to all operating parameters
of a single C2-770 or a multitude of units scattered throughout single or multiple sites.

Control Software has now been released to allow complete control from a PC. Most
functions can be accessed directly, without going into menus, which is great for facilitating live
event switching. Macros can be used to setup multi-step sequences in advance. The Control
Software runs under Windows and is available for download at no charge.

In addition, the unit's seamless switching has been upgraded to allow fades when
changing sources. Instantaneous cuts are still available but now the user has the option to utilize
fades ranging from 0 to 5 seconds in length. This change is firmware based and current owners
of the C2-770 and companion C2-775 can upgrade their units to the current firmware version free
of charge.

The C2-770 comes close to providing "Anything In, Anything Out" coverage. It handles
any resolution up to 2048x2048 - not just predefined resolutions. And if someone invents a new
resolution tomorrow, it's covered. The C2-770 is the best product available for Video Scaling, Up
Conversion, Down Conversion and Seamless Switching, but it goes far beyond that. It's also a
worldwide Standards Converter for all known television systems, Chromakeyer, Lumakeyer,
Picture-in-Picture box, Logo Inserter, Digital to Analog Converter, HDTV Converter, Aspect Ratio
Converter, Frame Synchronizer, Time Base Corrector and Universal Image Genlock, just to name
a few. The C2-770 has an MSRP of $4,500.00.

The C2-775 has all the features of the C2-770, plus SDI in and out and a separate SDI
Genlock input. The SDI signal is treated like all the other video inputs and can be freely mixed for
seamless switching, picture-in-picture, keying, etc. The C2-775's MSRP is $5,500.00.
