Splitter 550 is an indispensable multimedia
utility tool, providing multiple outputs from a single input. Its 25 independent channels
of 60Mhz bandwidth amplification give it virtually unlimited distribution capability.
The basic S550 unit distributes all standard PC signals. The addition of the
appropriate optional Cable Assembly Pack enables the S550 to handle RGB Video,
Composite Video, S-Video, Audio or various combinations of them.

Splitter 550 Optional Cable Assembly Packs
Each Cable Assembly Pack consists of 6 individual cable assemblies, enough for the input
and all five outputs. Each cable assembly has an HD15 male PC type connector on one end
to attach to the S550 Splitter Box and the appropriate connectors on the other end as
described below. All cables are 6" in length.
- S550-1 Cable Pack for Composite Video or RGB Video.
Terminated in 5 RCA female connectors, this configures the S550 as 5 individual 1x5
Composite Video (75 Ohms) Distribution Amplifiers, totaling 25 outputs. Or, it
enables the S550 to become a single 1x5 analog RGB Sync Video Distribution Amplifier.
- S550-2 Cable Pack for Composite Video and Audio.
Terminated in 5 RCA female connectors, this configures the S550 as 3 individual 1x5
Composite Video Distribution Amplifiers and 2 individual 1x5 Audio (10K Ohm)
Distribution Amplifiers.
- S550-3 Cable Pack for Composite Video and S-Video.
Terminated in 1 RCA and 2 Four Pin Mini-DIN female connectors, this configures the S550
as 2 individual 1x5 S-Video Distribution Amplifiers and a single 1x5 Composite Video
Distribution Amplifier.
- S550-4 Cable Pack for Composite Video, S-Video and Audio.
Terminated in 3 RCA and 1 Four Pin Mini-DIN female connectors, this configures the
S550 as 2 individual 1x5 Composite Video Distribution Amplifiers, 1 1x5 Audio
Distribution Amplifiers and a single S-Video Distribution Amplifier.
- S550-A1 Adapter for converting RCA to BNC connectors.
This adapter converts a single RCA female connector to a female BNC connector.
