SD-220DA is a high performance, multi-standard Serial
Digital Video to Analog Video Converter, designed for broadcast and professional
use. The unit provides a highly reliable 10-bit SDI to Analog conversion with
reclocking and equalization of the input signal for distances up to 300 meters
from the source, provided that high quality, double shielded coaxial cable has
been used. The SD-220DA handles 525 or 625 line signals and provides NTSC, NTSC-J,
PAL, or PAL-N outputs. It is controlled via front panel buttons and an LCD display.
The Component Video output is menu selectable as either RGB or YUV in SMPTE or
Betacam format. An integral Video Processor provides adjustment of signal parameters,
including: Luminance, Chrominance, Setup, Hue and Sharpness. The unit is housed
in a Desktop metal case with an optional dual rackmount assembly. It uses an external
5VDC In-Plug type power adapter with locking DC connector.
