Standards Converters

Standards Converters allow you to convert video signals between a wide variety of worldwide broadcast television standards, such as NTSC, PAL and SECAM. Bi-directional conversion allows you to go in both directions. The integral Time Base Corrector aids in correcting video tape jitter or other unstable video sources. High performance is achieved by using Digital Conversion and Digital Comb Filtering in the decoding process. Motion Compensation is especially helpful in smoothing high speed scenes. Standards Converters can be either standalone devices or Standards Conversion can be a feature of a more complex product.
